Add type definition for AthenzX509Config

Motivation

Athenz support x.509 certificate and tokenExpirationTime param has been removed at apache/pulsar-client-cpp#274 .

Modifications

• Add type definition for athen x.509 certificate

• Mark tokenExpirationTime as deprecated
