bundle:dynamic-importscommand only allows toggling of dynamic imports. This PR adds an option to configure which packages are imported dynamically, instead of setting all-or-nothing, as well as adds option to explicitly set or unset the option.Marking as 'draft' as I could not test this change locally due to technical reasons - please advise if such feature is desirable so that I know if there's a need to test this.
