Use HashMap to store Arc<dyn PhysicalExpr>

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?

Currently we cannot store Arc<dyn PhysicalExpr> inside HashMap. See discussion.
Once we have this feature

• Replace type Vec<(Arc<dyn PhysicalExpr>, Arc<dyn PhysicalExpr>)> with HashMap<Arc<dyn PhysicalExpr>, Arc<dyn PhysicalExpr>>
• Reimplement deduplicate_physical_exprs algorithm so that it uses HashSet.
