Remove marshmallow version restriction; update deprecated usages

This reverts #45442, since marshmallow 3.24.2 obviates it. As of 3.24.2, marshmallow can be upgraded without upgrading marshmallow-sqlalchemy (need to wait until dpgaspar/Flask-AppBuilder#2298 is merged and released for that).

This also updates deprecated field usages to avoid warnings and future-proof for marshmallow 4.

• Be sure to read the Airflow Coding style.
• Always keep your Pull Requests rebased, otherwise your build might fail due to changes not related to your commits.
