Required pip packages are: Tkinter, pyperclip Use latest version of python to run the file. To create an executable of the file use auto=py-to-exe or your own preference
You can copy the necessary candump command by pressing "copy command to clipboard". To select the input file and specify the location and name of the output, press the "Transform" button.
