Context panel needs compact button and prominent usage indicator

Enhancement

The context panel (accessible via the small circle in session header) shows detailed token stats but has no way to trigger compaction directly. Users must know about the /compact command.

Proposal

Add a context usage card at the top of the context panel with:

• Prominent progress circle + token count / limit
• Color-coded progress bar (green → yellow → red)
• Compact button that calls session.summarize API
