Zh-cn and zh-tw docs have unnatural phrasing and inconsistent terminology

Description

The Chinese Simplified (zh-cn) and Traditional (zh-tw) documentation pages have several issues:

• Inconsistent product name casing (e.g. "opencode" instead of "OpenCode")
• Unnatural phrasing that reads like machine translation
• Inconsistent terminology across pages

These issues affect all doc pages under packages/web/src/content/docs/zh-cn/ and packages/web/src/content/docs/zh-tw/.

Since #13504 focused on zh-CN normalization, this issue (#13941) appears to extend that work to zh-TW and overall phrasing improvements. Please clarify if this is a follow-up or a separate concern.
