No module named 'rply' after installation

pypy wont locate 'rply', even after installing from pip

Check that your python path Environment Variable is set correctly, since you are on windows. Make sure you don't have another version of Python installed, your path should look something like this. If that doesn't work try using a virtual environment.
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37-32\
