Codex inputs produce no response even though Codex CLI is configured correctly

Description

When using Codex inside OpenGUI, user inputs do not produce any visible response, even though the Codex CLI is installed and configured correctly.

This suggests that OpenGUI is not successfully sending prompts to Codex, receiving output, or displaying the response in the UI.

Observed Behavior

• Codex CLI is installed and works correctly outside of OpenGUI
• A prompt is entered in OpenGUI with Codex selected
• No useful response appears in the chat
• The UI gives little or no feedback about what went wrong

Expected Behavior

• If Codex is configured correctly, prompts entered in OpenGUI should return normal responses
• If something fails internally, OpenGUI should show a clear error message instead of appearing unresponsive

Impact

• Makes Codex integration feel broken even when the CLI setup itself is correct
• Prevents normal usage of Codex through the GUI
• Creates confusion because the underlying Codex installation works, but OpenGUI does not surface a usable result
