Move uiview UP

Hello,

Thanks for very nice library.

How move the uiview up when the keyboard pops up?
In you example your keeping the input view on top of the view, if the input view is in the bottom, how to move the view up when keyboard pops up?

You'll have to write custom code to do this. Please ask this question on Stack Overflow. Or, just keep the CodeInputView at the top of the screen.

I did it by calling the becomefirstresponder() in viewdidload.. it works.
