[BUG] Rules cannot recognize softlink file ("ln -s xxxx")

Rules cannot recognize softlink ".md" file ("ln -s xxxx")
(Not sure about other settings in .roo)

Context (who is affected and when)

Reproduction steps

1. create a rule (md file) in a folder
2. use ln -s to make a softlink to .roo/rules
3. reload Zoo
4. the softlink file cannot be seen in the rules setting , but can be been in vscode env

Expected result

Zoo should be able to see and work with softlink rules (hot reload)

Actual result

cannot see those files
