[ENHANCEMENT] 💡 Add MAX to the Model Reasoning Effort dropdown in the model settings

Currently We have None to High, The "Max" setting is missing from the dropdown Model Reasoning Effort

Context (who is affected and when)

all users with thinking models (i personally use open router)

Desired behavior (conceptual, not technical)

Ability to choose MAX in the Model Reasoning Effort dropdown, will send to the provider max in the Reasoning Effort param exactly like we send currently Low/High/None
