The script running in deckifier to perform the actual factory reset needs to be reworked. It should not delete all content in the /boot/EFI partition, but only Yuga-relarted files. It also doesn't seem to be aware of the /etc btrfs snapshot. See tik-modules-yuga for how the factory reset is prepared.
