FED-3249 Update docs about migrator companion codemod

Motivation

Update the docs on the migrator companion codemod to take into account the changes from the following codemods:

• FED-2994 Update class component defaults codemod to take public-ness into account over_react_codemod#297
• FED-3248 Update non-defaulted state mixin fields to be optional over_react_codemod#298
• FED-3143 Null Safety Codemod for connect props over_react_codemod#302
