There's currently an issue in Test builds where, since Insights profiling is running on start by default, it runs out of memory fairly quickly and terminates, resulting in only being able to download a 0kb file. Therefore, it would be useful to be able to start the profiling with a console command so that we can use it at a moment in gameplay that we want to measure specifically.
