Current Behavior

使用DOM渲染的单元格，在拖动时闪烁严重

Expected Behavior

希望能够修复拖动行闪烁的问题，如果修复不了，希望能提供和VXE类似的，不实时渲染的调整列宽的交互，至少能不闪烁

我可来认领这个 issue。分析了下，闪烁的根因是两层问题叠加：

核心层：列宽拖拽的每一帧，update-width.ts 都会对 custom container 执行 removeChild → dealWithCustom → insertBefore（销毁 + 重建），新的 scene graph graphic 拥有新的内部 _uid。
Vue 插件层：VTableVueAttributePlugin 的 renderGraphicHTML 是异步的（通过 rAF 延迟到下一帧），但父类的 clearCacheContainer 是同步的（当帧立即执行）。由于 _uid 变了导致缓存 key 失效，旧 DOM 被 clearCacheContainer 清除，而新 DOM 要等到下一帧 rAF 才创建——每帧至少有 1 帧 DOM 空白期，连续拖拽就表现为严重闪烁
React 不受影响是因为它的 renderGraphicHTML 是同步的，renderId 在 cleanup 前就已更新。
最初我考虑过在核心层（update-width.ts / update-height.ts）拖拽期间跳过 removeChild + dealWithCustom，只就地更新宽度。但这个改动影响范围太大：React / Vue / 纯 Canvas 三种 customLayout 模式全部受影响。并且可能在其他组件引入时产生新的bug。
相比之下，闪烁的可见症状完全是 Vue 插件的异步渲染 + 不稳定缓存 key 导致的，只改 Vue 侧就能彻底消除。

我打算的修复只改 vue-vtable 包的两个文件：
customLayoutUtils.ts：在 createCustomLayout 中为 vue Group 注入 cell_${col}${row}${index} 格式的稳定 ID，确保场景图重建后缓存 key 不变
vtable-vue-attribute-plugin.ts：renderGraphicHTML 检测到缓存命中时，同步调用 doRenderGraphic（跳过 rAF），让 renderId 在 clearCacheContainer 执行前就完成更新；缓存命中且 DOM 在文档中时跳过 Vue.render()，仅更新 CSS 样式
