Custom install instructions

One of my projects requires ext-gd to run tests for. But the docker file doesn't take that into account. It would be great if we can provide custom install instructions for when the docker container is build. For other projects even more custom instructions are required.

I'm going to add the ability to pass custom docker images via .dunit.conf and we will also be upgrading our existing docker images to come with more of the standard PHP extensions which will include ext-gd.

@WyriHaximus Your issue should be resolved in v1.1.0.

Just run composer update vectorface/dunit in your project.
