- Draft Title: Frontend is Not the Bottleneck: Lessons from Scaling a High-Traffic Marketing Platform
- Length: 20 min full presentation
- Links: (TBD – can share slides before the event if needed)
When performance issues arise, the frontend is often the first to be blamed. But in real-world systems, it's rarely the root cause.
In this talk, I’ll share practical lessons from working on high-traffic marketing platforms and interactive product experiences. We’ll explore where performance actually breaks at scale — from APIs and data-fetching strategies to infrastructure and organizational decisions — and how to approach diagnosing and fixing these issues in production.
