Provide a build pipeline with different available JDKs

Description

Now we run our pipeline on the java-env:java11-zulu-jdk-gradle7.4.2-kotlinc1.7.0 docker image. It would be great if we had an image with different JDKs available, because it allows to test how we choose bytecode version at runtime.

Now SootTest.kt disabled because of it.

Sure!
Currently we use azul/zulu-openjdk:11.0.14.1-11.54.25 as base image.
I guess Zulu is based on openjdk only. Would you like to use another Java distributions?
