社局・路線情報・多言語表記修正

• 古くなっていたり誤りのある路線情報の修正をしました。
• 北海道・東北地方の鉄道を中心に、多言語表記の修正および追加を実施しました。
• 弘南鉄道のナンバリング対応を行いました。
  • 記号の形状が現状のあるものと一致しないため暫定的に REVERSED_ROUND を使用しています。
