Adds Quick Connect sign-in for Jellyfin. The credentials screen gets a section that fetches a code and shows it in a sheet with instructions, polls the server until you approve it from the web UI, then signs in on the same path as password auth. Clear error if the server has Quick Connect turned off.

All the new controls have VoiceOver labels and hints (I'm blind, so this stuff gets tested for real). ABS is untouched, integrations opt in through a protocol flag that defaults to false.

Adds a code-based sign-in alternative on the credentials screen for
Jellyfin servers with Quick Connect enabled. The device requests a
code, shows it in a sheet with step-by-step instructions, polls
/QuickConnect/Connect until the user authorizes it from the server's
web UI, then exchanges the secret for an access token. Sign-in lands
on the same path as password auth.

Integrations opt in via quickConnectSupported on the connection view
model protocol; the default is false so AudiobookShelf is untouched.
