Token on IOS but no notifications

I am able to get a token on IOS, but when i try to send a notification to the device/topic nothing ever comes. Works fine in android. I would assume if it gets the token, everything is working like it should, but no event ever gets fired, firebase sends a good response, so i know the token is good.. any ideas?

Very sorry that response took.. a year..
I hardly check my own repositories.
Im now in the process of making this library work with .net 9 and using the newer ios binding libraries by AdamE https://github.com/AdamEssenmacher/GoogleApisForiOSComponents

And during testing I ran into the same issue because i was using a new test app.
Turns out i forgot to upload my apns file to google firebase. It gave me a token but if i then attempted to send a push message using the OAuthPlayground to the token i got Unauthorized.
You can do this by going to the Firebase console > Project Settings > Cloud Messaging > Scroll down to Apple app configuration.
and select your app. Then Upload your APNs auth key.
