Add a different variant for the devanagari digit nine

Tiro Fonts already have two variants for the devanagari digit nine, the "Bombay" and the "Nepali" version. But ९ is written slightly different in Uttar Pradesh. Can this also be included in the fonts?

Have labeled this as tentative for v2.00, currently in development. The request may be a little late, but I will keep it in mind and add it if I can find time.

The bottom of the number nine should look like how 8 looks in the Hindi font. So maybe the glyph could look like this?

The right part of the divider line should not go past the upper and bottom loops. The left part should be longer than the right. Like how it is here:
