Consolidate bubble sort iterative and recursive

Ref #8098

Merge recursive_bubble_sort with bubble_sort, renaming functions to bubble_sort_recursive and bubble_sort_iterative, respectively.

• Add an algorithm?
• Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?

• Merge two different implementations of same algorithm into one file
