By doing this:

// Before serializng
serializer.addAllRelations();
serializer.addAllAttributes();

// After opening the model
const data = await model.getItemsData([10174], {
   attributesDefault: true,
   relationsDefault: { attributes: true, relations: true },
});

I seem to get all the properties I get in BIM vision:
