Update CONTRIBUTING.md
I am setting up my machine and looking at CONTRIBUTING.md to review Pull Requests related to useSuspenseQuery and useSuspenseInfiniteQuery. However, it seems that the version of pnpm is different from the version specified in package.json, so I made this Pull Request.
