…load-rooms The WIP image-support commit (003bbd0) added GetGitHubCopilotTranscriptHistoryReactor and GitHubCopilotTranscriptParser but missed their dependency on GitHubCopilotTranscriptLocator, which only existed on the feat-copilot-reload-rooms branch. Bringing that one file across unblocks the build.
