- Fix outdated app description (Reeder clone -> Material You RSS reader)
- Rewrite feature list to match current English README
- Update integration list: mark Fever/GReader/FreshRSS as completed, add missing services
- Add missing sections: Nightly builds, Sponsorship, Localization
- Add missing download buttons (GitHub, Telegram)
- Add missing credits: Seal, news-flash, besticon, Jiffy Reader
- Add Special Thanks section (Kyant0, JetBrains, Weblate)
- Fix language switcher links
