v1.0.1 Crashing fix

This release should fix problem of OBC crashing after longer break, resulting in data loss.

Release 1.0

Version available for couple of years now. I used it all this time on my bike, as it provides basic functionality and synchronization.
Marking as v1.0 with locked framework version due to some breaking changes in the espressif framework.
