Fix Installation README?

The installation tells you to git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/TUL-Dev/QuantUS.git but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be the TUL-Dev anymore? When I did that, I had problems, but when I switched it to https://github.com/QuantUS-OpenSource/QuantUS, it worked.

Thanks for pointing out the issue with the out-of-date repo link. We will have the updated link in the installation guide soon.
