Pyradiomics error when opening GUI

When I try to run the QUS GUI I get this error:

"ERROR: Failed to build 'pyradiomics' when getting requirements to build wheel"
Yuanshan had the same error.

Environment (for bugs/installation issues)
OS: Sequoia 15.5 (24F74)
Python Version: python 3.11
Package Version: Version: 2.2.6
Installation Method:
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
running this line "python qus_gui.py"
Expected vs Actual Behavior (for bugs)
Expected: GUI opens
Actual: Error message

I tried to install package directly from the github:
pip install git+https://github.com/AIM-Harvard/pyradiomics@v3.1.0

The pyradiomics issue is a packaging defect on the pyradiomics side. For now, we will remove pyradiomics from requirements.txt

After installing the requirements, install pyradiomics with the following option.

pip install pyradiomics==3.0.1 --no-build-isolation

This fix works for Ubuntu OS, verify for Windows (should work there as well)
