The Quantus CEUS-gui cannot proceed to the Analysis Configuration step after drawing the region of interests

Environment (for bugs/installation issues)

• OS: MacOS
• Python Version: python3.12
• Package Version: Commit #c417bd204a2920d04a5f32a81e647d285c0faaab
• Installation Method: Git clone

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Select a .mp4 CEUS iamge
2. Draw the ROI
3. No option to proceed to analysis

This was never a feature that was implemented even in legacy QuantUS-CEUS-Plugins

This issue was mainly solved mainly in branch #29, by merging that into branch #4 and some modification we have lead into analysis menu, however I am not sure that if the same analysis function could be apply of mp4 video the same as bmode images.
