- As discussed in Merging duplicated or closely related small documentation files together #128
- Removed LICENSE.txt and README.rst
- Merged References.md and AUTHORS.rst into CONTRIBUTING.md
- Renamed README-pythainlp.md to README-pypi.md
- Modified setup.py, setup.cfg, and MANIFEST.in to reflex corresponding changes
