can find_libraries function adding a param to specified the libraries' location?

Environment (OS, Python version, PySpice version, simulator)

windows 10, python 3.6, pyspice v1.1.3

Expected Behaviour

I hope the function find_libraries add a param to specified the libraries' root location, like the following:

find_libraries( "somefolder")

Actual Behaviour

can only locate the PySpiceLibraryPath .
