Background
This PR adds a new prop to the client that will allow users to control how often they should refresh their token on a focus/online event. Once this is published, support will be added to the
@propelauth/reactlibrary for it.All smoke tests worked as expected, where on focus events, the
/refresh_tokenendpoint was called only after that # of seconds passed.
