TTS Evaluation: TTS Results support signed URLs

**Is your feature request related to a problem?**  
Currently, TTS results do not support signed URLs, making it difficult to show playable audio in the UI. This limits usability for audio annotation.

**Describe the solution you'd like**  
Add support for signed URLs in TTS Results to enable playable audio in the UI for response annotation.
