bug: 在 macOS 13.0 中出现崩溃

描述

在 macOS 13.0 上崩溃。
启动器日志完全正常，疑似是 DraggableHelperView 导致的。
需要系统版本是 macOS 13.x，可以安装 Xcode 和 git 的测试者。

系统版本

macOS Ventura 13.7.6

复现方式

1. 安装 macOS Ventura 系统。
2. 打开 PCL-Mac。

注：出现该问题的可执行文件并非来自主仓库，而是来自 YiZhiMCQiu / PCL-Mac，但没有改动相关代码。
