Shaper Ring "added Damage" if enemie mods not working

Adds 16 to 33 Cold Damage against Chilled or Frozen Enemies NOT WORKING (even if I Check + Uncheck the Enemies are chilled in the config tab)

That mod is "red" which means it is currently unsupported.

Workaround would be to modify the item and change the mod to "Adds 16 to 33 Cold Damage", removing the "against chilled or frozen enemies"

Not sure what the process is for adding supported mods... might be time to learn lua and try to make a PR
