openwire Python Framework v0.1 alpha

To run this version of openwire simply run:

chmod +x openwire
./openwire

or you can type 

python openwire

directly. Version on this server has a customized shebang to point to 
the python2.7 altinstall, please adjust this accordingly on any other 
systems.

**Important**

This program MUST be run through python v2.7 or higher, earlier versions 
do not support ternary operations and as such you will receive a syntax 
error.
