This add minimap and screenshot images to the scenario text objects, and renames the object type to scenario meta.
To iterate over all default scenarios, a custom title sequence was used. Images were generated by hooking up the usual preview generators (ParkPreview.cpp) to the title sequence player, and saved from there using the standard image export routines (Imaging.cpp).
Needs additional work to get these loaded into the game and indeed the scenario selection window. The relevant PR to that is OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2#24411
