TXpower on ground should always remain max? #1

Hey, because of the lower bitrate and power usage, I think that the atheros TX power setting on the app should always default to maximum "58" setting.

Reason, the air tx card it's more affected by power problems and often requires a reduction in TX power. Right now the app automatically changes both air and ground.
