Feature request: option for limiting height of menus

Can we have an option that sets the vertical height of menus? I recently migrated from Start Menu X (https://www.startmenux.com/index.html) and find it awkward when I have lots of items in Programs (around 180), the menu height is almost the entire height of the desktop. If there was a way to limit the size of the menu vertically, and use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll the menu horizontally for overflow, that would be great!
