Value Threshold feature wont select points using BOTH 'Value >' and 'Value <'

Using the Filter Points feature, the value threshold will only select points using either 'Value >' OR 'Value <' and not both. When trying to select points outside a specific range that are BOTH too high and too low, the plot will only select one or the other.
