As a new member, I want to see a timeline of milestones so I know what to do and when during onboarding

Acceptance Criteria

• Widget displays milestones for the onboarding period
• Milestones are shown in chronological order
• Past milestones either disappear or are visually distinguished from upcoming ones

Proposed Solution

Reuse existing milestone stuff but rebrand it to make it more new-member-friendly - need more info on what that means/looks like. Milestones already exist as recruitment events, so probs just need a new component that calls the existing hook and maybe filteres them differently? Or visually distinguishes them somehow?
