What happens when the any of indices passed to `__getitem__` are integers, or list of integers?

Hi - what happens when the any of indices passed to __getitem__ are integers, or list of integers? E.g.

>>> a[:, 3] 
>>> a[:, [3, 4]]
>>> a[[1, 2], [3, 4]]

Does the active reduction work in these cases?

So, I believe it should, the Orthogonal indexer does a lot of work on the arguments first. However, you probably need some unit tests to confirm.
