Same Bug as #591 (Manuever nodes not executing/circulization burn not working)

Description

So everything else in the mod works fine, EXCEPT when it comes to executing the manuever, for some reason the throttle just doesnt go up and it wont rotate, I did use a downloaded ship but I don't think that's an issue. Also it will plan the manuevers and warp to them but just not execute.

replication case didnt load but basically just download a ship (.craft) off the steam workshop or kerbal x and then use it and then launch that ship (use new save).

@Hoohoohuey Are you experiencing issues executing a maneuver node (i.e., via the maneuver planner) or staging during ascent? Your description indicates it's a maneuver node execution issue, but your follow-up comment and the log look like it's a staging issue...

There's not enough detail at the moment to replicate.
