Spin was already enabled by @piotrskowronski but it was only output on the screen. This PR outputs the n-vector to a table that can be written to file. More testing is needed and in particular, there is a chance that the spin tune should be 1-spint_tune. However, I think it is important to get this into the master so experts can start testing it more easily.
