Tracking with thin lattice results in grossly wrong radiation damping in the longitudinal plan. A missing delta dependence found in the equations solve the issue

Weak focusing should scale with h*(k0+dk0) where h is the curvature and
k0+dk0 the dipole field component.

Emit with thin dipoles does not give the same damping time obtain with thick:

Thick, which agrees with both thick and thin tracking (after the fix):

Damping constants [1/s]                           0.18842350E+03      0.12823783E+03      0.19628990E+03

Thin:

 Damping constants [1/s]                           0.15731706E+03      0.12823781E+03      0.22739629E+03

See also issue #1074 that needs a fix as well.
