Fixes a bug where layer group 52's Wyckoff position 4c stores the following positions:
0, 0, 0
1/2, 1/2, 0
1/2, 0, 0
0, 0, 0
instead of:
0, 0, 0
1/2, 1/2, 0
1/2, 0, 0
0, 1/2, 0
