System framework in multiple users modules

The thing is some modules need system framework to function properly, in a multi user only the modules of the main user has access to the system framework while that of other users have no such access

To be able to access the system framework or to have a work through if possible.

Seems reasonable. Though android is not duplicated for multi-user, we should still give the framework hooking targets to modules for other users.

@JingMatrix what's the plan about this issue. Just faced with the need to hook System Framework in A Private space and I can't.

The system framework was delibrately removed in aa50e65.

@JingMatrix I still don't seem to find the system framework in the private space user scope even after installing the build from the latest commit. I'm on A16.

I just went into this problem too (work user profiles need to hook system framework for a module to work in work profile).

For my case, doing this only lets the module work on main user space but not other users. If adding System framework to all users is not possible, how about allowing all users to hook System framework from main user space?
